commonly asked questions & answers
Do you accept commissioned works?
A limited number of commissioned pieces are accepted, as availability allows. Each commission is created within the artist’s established vision and style, ensuring the work remains authentic and cohesive within our broader body of work. Commissioned pieces are considered final sale. Returns, refunds and cancellations are not accepted. Timelines and pricing vary depending on the scope of the project, including size, complexity, and location. Collectors are encouraged to reach out to discuss details, availability, and expectations prior to beginning a commission.
What are your shipping policies?
Artwork is shipped within the United States and internationally. Shipping costs, along with any applicable taxes, duties, and customs fees for international orders, are the responsibility of the collector. All artwork is carefully and professionally packaged. Responsibility for the artwork transfers to the collector once it has left the studio; shipping insurance is strongly recommended at checkout.Existing works typically ship within 8–10 business days. Please allow an additional 10–14 business days for works requiring custom framing.
What are your return policies?
All works are final sale. Returns, refunds and exchanges are not accepted. Please contact us if a piece has been damaged while shipping.
